Company Brain — One Source of Truth for Everything Your Business Knows

Stop asking around. Ask the Brain.

Brain connects the tools your company already runs on and turns them into a single, permission-aware knowledge base — so your people and your AI agents get an instant, cited answer about any client, competitor, process, or decision. Built and maintained by Tiger Tail.

Who Brain is for

If your company outgrew the founder's memory — this is for you.

Brain is built for companies where the knowledge is real, valuable, and scattered — across tools, inboxes, call recordings, and three people's heads.

Growing teams (10–500)

The company got bigger than any one person's recall. Every question interrupts someone senior, and the answer depends on who you happen to ask.

Strong fit

Companies deploying AI agents

Agents are only as smart as the context you feed them. Brain gives every agent you deploy the same governed, permission-aware source of truth your people use.

Strong fit

Client-facing service firms

Agencies, law firms, healthcare, finance — anywhere "what's the latest with this client" has ten different answers living in ten different systems.

Strong fit
Brain probably isn't right for you if:  you're a three-person team that can still shout across the room, your knowledge genuinely lives in one tool already, or you want a chatbot bolted onto a stale wiki and nothing more. We'll tell you on the discovery call — we'd rather pass than build something nobody uses.
What's actually breaking

Your company already knows the answer. Nobody can find it.

The information exists — in a CRM note, an email thread, a call recording, a Slack channel from 2024. What's missing isn't knowledge. It's one place to ask.

01

Knowledge lives in 14 apps and 3 people's heads

Client history in the CRM, the real story in email, the decision in a meeting nobody transcribed, the workaround in a Slack DM. Each system knows a sliver; no system knows your company.

→ the answer existed in three places. nobody looked in any of them
02

Every question interrupts your most expensive people

Your ops lead, your senior PM, your founder — they've become human search engines. Answering "where's the SOW template" and "what did we quote them last time" is now a meaningful share of their week.

→ your ops lead answered the same question 41 times this year
03

New hires take months to stop asking and start doing

Ramp time isn't a talent problem — it's a knowledge-access problem. Every new person re-learns the org chart, the client quirks, and the unwritten rules by interrupting the people who already know them.

→ onboarding docs were last updated two re-orgs ago
04

Your AI agents are flying blind

You're deploying agents on top of scattered, stale context — so they answer confidently and wrongly. Without one governed source of truth, every agent project starts with the same painful data cleanup.

→ an agent without a brain is a very confident intern
What Brain connects

Plugged into everything you already run.

No rip-and-replace, no "migrate your docs first." Brain reads the systems where your work already happens — and keeps reading them, so the answers never go stale.

  • Comms & email

Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook — the threads where promises get made and decisions actually happen.

  • CRM & sales

HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel — every account, deal, quote, and touchpoint, tied to the people behind them.

  • Docs, drives & wikis

Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence — proposals, SOPs, contracts, and the deck from that one QBR.

  • Meetings & calls

Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies — the decisions and commitments that used to evaporate the moment the call ended.

  • Competitors & industry news

The open web, monitored — competitor pricing moves, funding news, and regulation, tied back to your accounts and pipeline.

After Brain is live

Everyone works like they've been there ten years.

The first time someone answers a client question in 20 seconds that used to take three Slack messages and a meeting, you'll know it's working.

  • Anyone can ask in plain English — in Slack, Teams, or the Brain app — and get a cited answer in seconds, not a link dump.
  • Client-facing staff walk into every call with the full history: promises made, invoices open, decisions taken, tone of the last three threads.
  • New hires ramp in weeks because "how do we do X here" finally has one reliable place to ask.
  • Leadership sees competitor moves and industry news tied to your actual accounts and pipeline — not a generic news feed.
  • Every AI agent you deploy draws on the same governed source of truth, with the same permissions your people have.
  • When someone leaves, their knowledge doesn't walk out the door with them.

How Brain gets built

Three phases. Asking real questions in 2–4 weeks.

We map where your knowledge actually lives, wire it into one permission-aware brain, then roll it out team by team until asking the Brain is just how your company works.

1 Phase one

Map & Connect

Weeks 1–2

We inventory every place company knowledge hides — including the embarrassing ones — map who's allowed to see what, and connect the sources. Ingestion starts in week one.

// Deliverables
  • Knowledge inventory — every system, drive, inbox, and channel where answers live today
  • Permission map mirroring your real access controls (who can see what, enforced in every answer)
  • Source connectors configured — CRM, comms, docs, email, meetings, finance
  • Competitor & industry news tracking scoped to your market
  • Ingestion and indexing running, with coverage report of what's in and what's missing
  • Security review — data residency, retention, and access policy sign-off
You walk out with Every source connected and indexed — and a map of your company's knowledge you've honestly never had before.
2 Phase two

Build & Train

Weeks 2–4

We build the graph that ties your clients, people, projects, and vendors together across systems — then tune the Brain on your company's actual vocabulary until it answers like someone who works there.

// Deliverables
  • Entity graph — clients, people, projects, vendors linked across every source
  • Retrieval tuned on your vocabulary (project code names, client nicknames, internal shorthand)
  • Slack / Teams integration — ask the Brain where your team already talks
  • Agent API endpoints so your AI agents draw on the same source of truth
  • Evaluation set built from real questions your team asked last quarter
  • Citation behavior verified — every answer shows its sources, or says "I don't know"
You walk out with A Brain that passes the test that matters: it answers the questions your team actually asked last quarter — with sources.
3 Phase three

Adopt & Expand

Ongoing

A knowledge base nobody uses is a very expensive wiki. We roll out team by team, watch what people actually ask, and keep the Brain current as your company and your tools change.

// Deliverables
  • Team-by-team rollout with champions, not an all-hands email nobody reads
  • Usage analytics — what's asked, what's answered, what came back "I don't know"
  • Gap-filling — unanswered questions become the next connector or content fix
  • New sources connected as your stack evolves; permissions kept mirrored
  • Agent integrations as you deploy new AI — same brain, every agent
  • Monthly working session + quarterly review tied to time saved, not vanity metrics
You walk out with A compounding asset. Every month the Brain knows more, answers faster, and gets harder to imagine working without.

We ran a test the week it launched: every question our team had Slacked each other, we asked the Brain instead. It answered 41 of 46 — with sources. Our ops director got her afternoons back, and a new AE closed his first deal in week three because the entire account history was one question away.

What's in the engagement

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Brain is a done-for-you engagement — not a tool you're left to configure. Every line below is connected, tuned, and maintained by our team.

40+ source connectors

CRM, comms, docs, email, meetings, finance — plus custom connectors for internal systems.

Permission-aware answers

Inherits the access controls in your source systems. People only see what they're cleared for.

Cited, verifiable answers

Every answer links its sources. When the Brain doesn't know, it says so instead of guessing.

Slack, Teams & web app

Ask where your team already works — no new tab to remember, no behavior change to force.

Agent API

The same brain your people use, exposed to every AI agent you deploy — one source of truth.

Competitor & news tracking

The outside world monitored and tied to your accounts — pricing moves, funding, regulation.

Leadership brief

A weekly digest of decisions, risks, client movement, and competitor activity — from your own data.

Onboarding mode

New hires get guided answer paths for role, clients, and process — ramp in weeks, not months.

You own everything

Your data, your index, your infrastructure option. We build and maintain it — it's yours.

Engagement & investment

Custom-scoped, because no two brains are alike.

There's no rate card here. What a Brain costs depends on your stack, your sources, and your security requirements — so we scope it to your company and quote a fixed price before any work starts.

// What shapes the scope
  • Sources & connectors

How many systems the Brain reads — and whether any need custom connectors built for internal tools.

  • Security & compliance

Standard cloud vs. your own VPC, SSO, audit logging, HIPAA / SOC 2-aligned handling.

  • Team size & rollout breadth

How many people and teams come aboard, and whether onboarding mode and the leadership brief are in scope.

  • Agent integrations

How many AI agents draw on the Brain, and what they're allowed to see and do.

Get a fixed quote for your Brain.

A 20-minute scoping call is all we need: what you run, who needs answers, and what security looks like. You get a fixed project price and a flat monthly to keep it current — before any work starts.

Adopted in 60 days — or we keep working free.

If your team isn't asking the Brain real questions — measured by actual usage, not our opinion — within 60 days of launch, we keep tuning, connecting, and rolling out at no cost until they are. A knowledge base nobody uses is a failure we don't bill for.

Honest answers

Things people ask before signing.

Is our company data safe? Who can see what?+
Brain is permission-aware by default: it inherits the access controls already set in your source systems, so a person (or an AI agent acting on their behalf) only ever gets answers built from documents they're cleared to see. Your data is never used to train shared models, and enterprise deployments can run entirely in your own cloud. We do a security review with you in phase one, before anything is ingested.
How is this different from our Notion or Confluence wiki?+
A wiki only knows what someone remembered to write down — and it goes stale the day after they wrote it. Brain reads the systems where work actually happens: the CRM, email, Slack, call recordings, drives. So the answer reflects what's true right now, not what someone documented last quarter. Your wiki becomes one source among many instead of a chore nobody keeps up.
What about hallucinations? Can we trust the answers?+
Every answer is retrieval-grounded and cited — the Brain shows exactly which documents, messages, or records it drew from, so anyone can click through and verify in one step. When it doesn't have the source material to answer, it says "I don't know" instead of improvising. Before launch we test it against a benchmark built from real questions your team asked last quarter, and we publish the score to you.
What tools does it connect to?+
Forty-plus standard connectors: CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel), comms (Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook), docs (Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence), meetings (Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies), project tools (Asana, Monday, Jira), finance (QuickBooks, Xero), plus the open web for competitor and industry monitoring. If you run something internal or unusual, we build a custom connector — that's part of the engagement, not an upsell surprise.
Can our AI agents use the Brain too?+
Yes — that's half the point. Brain exposes the same knowledge base through an API, so every agent you deploy (support bots, SDR agents, ops automations) draws on the same governed, permission-aware source of truth your people use. Without it, every agent project starts with its own context problem; with it, agents inherit a brain on day one.
What keeps it from going stale like our last knowledge base?+
Continuous sync — that's the structural difference. Nobody has to remember to update the Brain, because it reads the systems where the work already happens. Sources re-index on schedules matched to how fast they change: Slack and CRM near-real-time, drives and wikis hourly or daily. The maintain retainer exists precisely to keep connectors healthy, permissions mirrored, and answer quality tuned as your company changes.
How long until it's actually live?+
Most companies are asking their Brain real questions in 2–4 weeks. Week one is connection and ingestion, weeks two to three are entity-graph build and tuning against your team's real questions, then we roll out team by team. The 60-day adoption guarantee starts at launch — we stay on it until asking the Brain is a habit, not a novelty.

Ask it something only your company would know.

Book a 20-minute demo. Bring the three questions your team asks most — we'll show you exactly how a Brain built on your stack would answer them, sources and all.
