Who Found is for

If buyers research you before they meet you — this is for you.

Found is built for businesses with a real services offering, real expertise to share, and a sales motion long enough that buyers Google (and now AI) before they commit.

B2B service firms

Agencies, consultancies, law firms, accounting, financial advisors — anyone whose buyers compare 3–5 options across multi-week deliberation cycles.

Strong fit

B2B SaaS & tooling

Founders building products where buyers shortlist with phrases like "best X for Y" — and your category just got 10x more findable through AI than through Google.

Strong fit

High-trust specialty

Medical, legal, financial, technical specialty practices — where buyers want to validate expertise before they pick up the phone, and an AI's recommendation carries weight.

Strong fit
Found probably isn't right for you if:  you're pure e-commerce optimizing for transactional intent, you sell exclusively through outbound, or you're a brand-new business with no real proof of work to point at yet. We'll tell you on the discovery call — we'd rather pass than waste your budget.
What's actually breaking

Your SEO is fine. Your AI visibility is zero.

Search didn't go away — it forked. Half your buyers still Google. The other half ask an AI, get a summary with three named sources, and never click. If your name isn't in that summary, you don't exist.

01

The 2019 SEO playbook is dead weight

Keyword density, backlinks-for-backlinks-sake, blog-a-week mills — none of it teaches an LLM what you do, who you serve, or why you're credible. You're paying for a system optimized for a search engine that's losing its monopoly.

→ ranks #4 on Google, cited zero times by ChatGPT
02

Your competitors are getting named, you aren't

When a buyer asks Perplexity for "best [your category] in [your city]," somebody gets cited. If it's not you, you're not in the conversation. And once a buyer has a shortlist, you don't make it onto it later.

→ shortlists form before you know they exist
03

You're flying blind on AI visibility

You can pull a Google ranking report in 30 seconds. Try pulling "how often is my brand mentioned in ChatGPT this month, on which prompts, with what sentiment." No standard tool does it. You don't know what you don't know.

→ no dashboard means no improvement loop
04

Your site reads great to humans, opaque to LLMs

Pretty hero copy. Vague service descriptions. No structured data. No entity-rich pages. No FAQ schema. An LLM crawling your site can't tell what you actually do, who you serve, or who else trusts you — so it cites the firm whose site can.

→ great brand site, terrible AI training input
After Found is live

Buyers show up already convinced.

When prospects mention you on the discovery call before you've said a word about yourself, you'll know it's working.

  • Your name surfaces when buyers ask AI engines about your category, city, or specialty — by default, without prompting.
  • Inbound calls open with "I asked ChatGPT and your name came up three times" — the highest-intent lead source you've ever had.
  • You have a dashboard that tracks mentions, sentiment, share of voice, and which prompts you win — across all four major engines.
  • Your site reads as authoritative to both humans and LLMs — entity-rich, structured, citable, and updated as the engines evolve.
  • Sales cycles shorten because buyers have pre-qualified you against the alternatives before the first call ever happens.
  • Marketing spend stops feeling like a black hole — every page you publish is built to be cited, not just to fill a content calendar.

How Found works

Three phases. About 90 days to share-of-voice gains.

We start by measuring what's actually happening, build the assets the engines need to cite you, then monitor and iterate until your name is everywhere your buyers look.

1 Phase one

Audit & Map

Weeks 1–3

We baseline your visibility across every engine that matters, map the prompts your buyers are actually running, and identify the entity graph the LLMs need to recommend you.

// Deliverables
  • Full AI visibility audit across ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, Copilot
  • Prompt library: 80–150 buyer questions your category triggers, scored for value
  • Competitor citation map — who's getting named, on which prompts, by which engines
  • Entity gap analysis — what the LLMs "know" about you vs. what they need to
  • Technical SEO baseline (Core Web Vitals, schema coverage, crawl health)
  • 90-day roadmap with priorities ranked by effort × citation lift
You walk out with A scored, prioritized list of every prompt you should win — and exactly what's stopping you from winning each one today.
2 Phase two

Build & Publish

Weeks 3–10

We rebuild your site to be LLM-readable, ship the answer-engine assets the prompt library demands, and seed your name across the third-party sources the engines actually trust.

// Deliverables
  • Entity-rich service pages, rewritten for both humans and LLMs (with schema)
  • Long-form answer pages targeting top-priority prompts from the library
  • FAQ + Q&A schema, How-To schema, Organization & Person markup
  • Citation seeding — listicles, directories, Wikipedia/Wikidata where appropriate, podcast PR
  • Case study assets structured for AI extraction (named outcomes, named clients, real numbers)
  • llms.txt, robots.txt, and AI crawler permissions configured cleanly
You walk out with A site and citation footprint built to be quoted — first mentions inside the engines typically land 3–6 weeks after publish.
3 Phase three

Monitor & Iterate

Ongoing

Citations aren't set-and-forget. The engines change weekly. We track every mention, refine the assets that aren't pulling weight, and keep your share of voice growing.

// Deliverables
  • Live Found dashboard — citations, share of voice, sentiment, prompt wins per engine
  • Monthly prompt-library refresh as buyer language and AI behavior evolve
  • Refresh + republish cycles for assets losing rank or citation share
  • New asset production targeting underserved high-value prompts
  • Quarterly business review with named, attributed pipeline impact
  • Engine-shift response — when GPT-6, Gemini 3, etc. launch, we adapt within 14 days
You walk out with A compounding moat. Each month your name is more cemented inside the engines — and harder for a competitor to dislodge.
DR

We were spending $8K a month on a traditional SEO retainer and not a single buyer ever mentioned finding us. Three months into Found, half our discovery calls open with "I asked ChatGPT and you came up." It's the most direct line we've ever had to qualified pipeline.

Honest answers

Things people ask before signing.

Is AEO/GEO actually a real thing or are you making up acronyms?+
Real thing, real change. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) describe the work of getting your name cited inside AI-generated answers — not just ranked on a results page. Google itself acknowledged the shift when it launched AI Overviews. The tactics are different enough from classic SEO that they need their own name. We use both terms because different buyers Google different ones.
Do we drop our SEO retainer when we sign with Found?+
Usually, yes — Found includes the technical SEO foundations a good agency was giving you. If you have a high-performing classic SEO program already, we can run alongside it for a quarter and then make a call once we see what each is contributing. We won't tell you to keep paying for both forever; that's not honest.
How fast will we actually see citations show up?+
First mentions inside ChatGPT and Perplexity typically appear 3–6 weeks after we publish the relevant assets. Google AI Overviews takes longer — usually 6–10 weeks because their index rebuild is slower. Claude is the most variable. We track all of it weekly so you'll see the curve as it happens.
Won't the engines change everything and make this obsolete?+
The engines change constantly — that's the actual job. What doesn't change: LLMs need legible, structured, third-party-validated information about who you are and what you do. The format of that information shifts every few months. Our retainer exists to adapt the format. Clients who try to do this themselves usually get it right once, then fall behind in 60 days.
Can we just buy the audit and run it ourselves?+
Yes — about 30% of our audit buyers do exactly that. The audit is sold as a standalone deliverable for a reason. If you have an in-house content team capable of executing on a 90-day roadmap with schema work and citation seeding, that's a great path. If you want to revisit in six months and see how far you got, we'll do that with you for free.
How do you measure success?+
Three layers, in order: (1) Citation volume and share of voice across the engines, broken down per prompt. (2) AI-sourced traffic and lead form mentions — buyers who tell us where they found us. (3) Pipeline impact — we tag opportunities in your CRM that have AI-origin attribution. The third one is what we actually report on in QBR.
Do you work with my industry?+
We've shipped Found engagements for B2B SaaS, professional services, legal, accounting, medical specialty, and a few niche manufacturing categories. The work pattern is the same anywhere buyers research before they buy. We won't take e-commerce, gambling, or anything we'd be embarrassed to put in a case study.

See what the AI already says about you.

Book a 20-minute call. We'll run a live audit against your top three competitors and show you which prompts you're already winning, losing, or invisible on — before we ever quote you.
